“I was very impressed with the 1920s vintage selection. I bought a brilliant dress and ordered it in two sizes as I wasn't sure which would fit the best. One was perfect and their no quibble returns policy that I was soon reimbursed. I am very impressed with their vintage selection and their straightforward returns policy. I will definitely be returning to their site and checking their vintage selection again.”

We wish you contacted us before sending it back, as we would have helped you to a free return label, as we take full responsibility when something goes wrong and we never expect a customer to pay for a mistake of ours. The full value of the dress was refunded once we received your return - £30 - but the remaining amount was for the headband that you also purchased which was not returned for a refund.
