“I received my child's bed, and emailed the company the same day with the damaged panels and the full details. Still haven't recieved any items to replace the damaged pieces.”

We are so sorry the panels arrived damaged and although this is a rare occurrence, we are always truly dissapointed when it does but do our utmost to resolve as quickly as possible. “Everything was good except assembly instructions. There was no clear instruction to determine correct screw size for various assembly points. Trial and error won the day”

“Products are good-ish but the prices are so high that my expectations were for more quality. The customer service is fine and the installers were brilliant. However, I have paid £1k for a high sleeper for my son that creaks about and sometimes feels like it's lifting off the floor when he climbs down the ladder. The mattress is also a bit too short for the frame so there is an annoying gap that his pillow falls into. Would have just liked a bit more for my money.”

“Speedy delivery, responded to email queries, seemed relatively simple to build (I only had to help hubby few times). The tricky bit was the slats, that part definitely a 2/3 person job. Our daughter really loves it, plays in the den, sleeps in the bed so happy sleeping child = happy parents. So far anyway.”

“The bed looks to be good quality Only thing wrong was a piece missing now I’ve got to wait up to 10 days for a replacement as it’s coming from Denmark don’t know why just didn’t send me a new order as that was only 4 days delivery. But the problem was resolved quickly.”

“The buying process and delivery of my mid-sleeper beds was nice and easy. Beds arrived sooner than expected too. Keenly priced compared to other sites, however free delivery should be offered as a £30 charge for the 'easily accessible' Central Scotland was tough to take. Would recommend overall...”

“Wonderful bed! My 8 year old loves it! My husband put the bed up in a few hours. Only downside, we’re struggling to find a desk chair that will fit under the desk. The ladders get in the way!”
