“Great company to purchase my daughter's first bunk bed. Transparent ordering system to order exactly what you want and we chose the assembly service. Clear instructions in terms of space required and the person just got on with it (despite offers of coffee!) Securely built and confident it will last. No hesitation recommending!”

“Home Assembly brilliant. Took just under 1.5 hrs. Gentlemen very courteous, shoes off on entry to house, assembled bed in a professional manner, tidied up after them and removed all packaging. Excellent service and well recommended.”

“Ordered a pod bed for my grandson and was delivered within 2 weeks of ordering. Absolutely over the moon with the whole experience. We had paid to have the bed assembled, which was totally worth it and would recommend anyone else to do the same. The assemblers were expert at their job, shoes off at the front door, no mess and all packaging and rubbish removed. We only had one small problem with the LED circuit which has been promptly addressed by Room To Grow. All in all, a professional job, professional people, excellent communication and quality product.”

“Quality of the product was excellent however we ordered this over 12 weeks ago and still waiting for a part to be delivered due to the poor condition it arrived in. 3 pieces of the bed was badly scratched so we are still waiting for the final piece to be replaced 12 weeks later! The package it arrived in was perfect so obviously this was damaged prior to being packed therefore quality control is obviously not to a high standard. The initial delivery was also delayed by weeks which caused all kinds of problems in itself. When one of the parts was replaced we received it twice even though we rang both the company and delivery service to cancel it in a response to a second notification we received about delivery however it still arrived and we were left to dispose of it. Overall the bed is nice however you need to be patient on its full arrival.”

“We ordered the Juliette single bed and paid a substantial amount for delivery. I was kept well informed that the delivery would be late however it caused so much stress with getting rid of my little girls cot too early. I received an email to inform me I would have my delivery fee refunded however that has not happened. It has been at least 2 weeks since the bed was actually delivered.”
