This is a beautiful bed and not as hard to assemble as some of the reviews. However let me give you a MASSIVE HEADS UP. When assembling the bed as seen (the raised version) make sure you work off the instructions in the second box (the one with the ladders etc) not the box with the actual bed part assembly. The bed assembly is if you are just purchasing it as a stand alone bed. When you open the second box there are more instructions on how to assemble the bed. Work off these. I got right to the end and realised the wood to stop the child falling out wasn’t on and the only way to get it on was to dismantle the entire thing. It takes about 3 hours for one person. This should be marked much clearer. I was gutted!!!!! Other than that it’s straightforward to assemble. I had to get a neighbour’ to help flip it upside down as I didn’t want to snap the legs, but that’s the only part you need 2 people for. My 7 year old absolutely loved it and plays under it with all her toys. It created loads more space in her room and looks great. Feels good quality.

We were satisfied with the service. Our bed was delayed which can’t be helped and the then the lorry delivering it broke down so it was delayed again. I ended up having to chase the order as then we didn’t hear back for a while. Got it in the end.

The order was easy to place on line, delivery confirmed sooner than expected, texts and emails confirming date and time for delivery. Item arrived on time, no issues with packaging or missing parts! Overall excellent service

The experience overall was fine. The delivery team communicated frequently but confused me as they kept referring to the name of the bed "stompa" without the addition of "bed" which took me a while to remember. Sharing "your stompa bed from Room to Grow" would have made things a bit easier. When we got the bed, the headboard had the screw holes incorrectly drilled so the bed doesn't lie flat. I contacted the company and they were very prompt responding. They said they have sent a new part. I look forward to it's arrival. Once the new headboard arrives I am sure I'll have a happy child as the rest of the bed looks great!

A very positive experience. The quality of the bed we ordered was excellent. Delivery wait was a little longer than estimated, but customer service was very helpful and once a date was set, the delivery was on time and well managed. Very pleased with product and service.

There were some problems with the mattresses that were delivered but the problem was resolved very quickly and to our complete satisfaction. A very professional set up.

Swift delivery of mid sleeper bed and mattress. Accompanying book case came with one wrong piece, Room 2Grow quickly reordered the correct part, but redelivery took quite a few days, hence 4 stars rather than 5

Ordered desk on 2nd January. When assembling the desk there were several marks and some parts looked like seconds with holes that had been visibly filled and painted over. Complained about this to Room to Grow who contacted manafacturer to send parts. Parts were sent to Room to grow and since then they seem to have lost them. Communication is really poor. Have called and emailed 10-15 times. Rarely get a response. £300 spent and i don't have a usable product. The company are not prepared to refund. Would not recommend. Terrible experience.

It took 5 weeks for my Aspen bed to arrive. Putting it together was difficult due to the fact that several of the pre-drilled holes didn’t line up properly. A couple bolts that you have to screw in went right through the flimsy wood. Worst surprise was that the standard UK single mattress we ordered was 10cm too short. Will not be ordering from here again.

We apologise for the delay in delivery, we had some supply issues waiting for stock to arrive in the UK . It is a European bed and requires a continental 90x200cm mattress which we do state on the product details on the site. The bed is lovely but the wait was long and it took the delivery company 3 attempts before they actually delivered so I had a lot of time wasted at home waiting for a bed not to arrive and a lot of grief chasing things up and hassling for answers. My daughter is very happy but I’ve paid a premium price for a lot of headaches.

The bed was delivered as advised and pretty quick. The contents was all there for the high sleeper. The instruction could be clearer - you have to go back to the first page to find different types of screws etc and ideally you need space around the bed to give you room for long screws and Allen keys etc

I have to start with saying I'm very pleased with the product we did receive. Been struggling to find an European size single mattress that was sprung but with a low profile for my son's high sleeper. The service lead time is quite a while however we were prepared to wait. There seemed to be a lack of contact when I would have expected an email once a week perhaps just so we knew we hadn't been forgotten. The delivery service, honestly if I could give minus stars I would. I am guessing they are self employed, we were asked if we would accept a 7-9am slot via an online form. I am glad I accepted this as after I did it mentioned if I had declined it would have potentially been another 1-2 weeks wait! This was not mentioned before you answered the question so my advice would be think carefully! As it was they turned up on the day minutes after 6am, rang the doorbell several times and drove off leaving the mattress propped by the front door, my husband hopped out of bed and just saw them driving off! Overall opinion fab product but I would reconsider the delivery service, most customers would pay a pound or so more for a better service.
