“Service very good. Website a little confusing as a number of companies searched referred you back to them to order. Very prompt delivery received. Ordered with existing builders kerb but delivery included manufactured kerb which meant having to recut the trimming of the roof. However this is to my advantage. Product is excellent.”

“Really pleased with delivery and ease of ordering even when roof lights arrived damaged by courier, made phone call to company and they sorted it out straight away with a new one sent very quickly and arranged for taking damaged one back. Product looks great but not fitted yet.”

“The product was fine as was delivery, However the enclosed instructions were not. The first otem purchased was a 600 x 600 skylight , which the instruction said make a 1100x 1100 external frame , 100 x 1000 internal. The second item purchased was a 1000 x 1000 skylight and whilst the instructions were the same the requirement is in fact for less than the size specified.”

Hi Keith Thanks for your feedback on the fitting instructions, these have recently been changed by our manufacturer and we agree that there has been an oversight for units supplied with a kerb for direct fitting to the roof. This will be corrected and new updated fitting instructions will be supplied with all future orders. Please accept my apologies for any confusion. Kind regards Charlotte
