“Purchase & delivery all good, thanks. The coxdome trade range roof access window finish is poor at the window frame moulded joints which may affect the lifespan of the unit. Unit is not yet fitted to know if it's watertight.”

“quality of the product is good but it does look like the person who made it doesnt like their job, was having a bad day or just doesnt actually have any pride in the work they do . one of the strut brackets is wonky and the other touches the window .also a sticker was put on the inside showing and its a total nightmare trying to get the glue from the plastic.nevertheless it looks great at a glance...”

Thanks for your review and I am sorry to hear you are unhappy about the lead time of the unit you ordrered. When you called you asked about a different size varation which was in stock at the time of the call. When the actual order came through some days later it was for a different size unit to what we discussed. We do advertise the lead time on these units to be 4 weeks as per the delivery tab on the product.
