“Received my corsa car seat covers today. One of the head rest covers was ripped. The zip on the back seat cover was broken. And one of the elastics broke straight off. I will now put in a complaint. And do a chargeback with my bank.”

“I invested roughly £700 in acquiring a roof bar system for my new vehicle, opting to give "The Roof Box Company" a try, despite having had positive experiences with Thule systems from different vendors previously. However, my experience this time has been quite disappointing. First and foremost, there was a significant delay in receiving the items. After spending several hours setting up the system, I was frustrated to find that the roof basket I had ordered was either damaged or had a manufacturing flaw. Additionally, crucial components for the roof bars were missing, preventing me from completing the installation. I reached out to "The Roof Box Company" in an attempt to address this issue. Unfortunately, the process of resolving the matter has proven to be unnecessarily complex and time-consuming, leading to an escalation of my frustration. Compounding this situation is the urgency of needing the roof bar system for an upcoming weekend. The only feasible way to rectify the problem in time would involve my heavily pregnant wife disassembling the large and heavy items to capture photographs for the exchange process. While this solution may offer a potential resolution, it is far from practical and adds an additional layer of stress, particularly given our circumstances. The overall lack of satisfactory customer service and understanding displayed by "The Roof Box Company" is concerning. It's evident that they are making the process of addressing the problem more convoluted than necessary. This is especially frustrating, as I am entitled to a return under consumer rights due to the subpar quality and performance of their products. As someone who frequently purchases online automotive items, I strongly advise against considering "The Roof Box Company" for future transactions. When it comes to post-purchase support, it is clear that seeking alternatives with vendors who demonstrate more empathy and flexibility would be a wiser choice.”

“Ordered roof racks ahead of bank holiday and May half term trip, but upon fitting them on the bank holiday Saturday, we realised they had sent the wrong fittings leaving our trip away in tatters with no roof box. Even worse, they didn't even make their supplier liable and compensate us, terrible customer service, stay away.”

“Roof bars arrived in a damaged box with a broken seal that had been retapped. The bars were dussty and covered in scuffs, two of the retaining hex bolts were stripped so couldn't tighten them down to the car. These bars are more than likely a customer return or second hand being passed off as new. I'll update this review when my issue is resolved. Such a let down.”
