“Ordered roof bars and fitting kit, I thought I was missing a part. Emailed company, replied immediately. It was my mistake. Once fitting bars, took me a little while to work out. Fitted, great. Cannot fault product, or customer service. Highly recommend.”

“I bought an Atera Strada bike rack from The Roof Box Company over 3 years ago. I had a problem with one of the fixing arms on Monday, two days ago. I phoned their customer service and spoke to a very helpful guy, Ben. We discussed the problem and I received a new replacement arm the next day, with full fixing instructions. I had to phone again today, Wednesday, and again Ben could not have been more helpful. Ist class!! No queries on warranty or how long I had the cycle rack. Superb! This is real customer service. “Excellent, informative, fact-filled and easy to use website making choosing a product a doddle. We bought a tow-bar mounted bike-carrier based purely on the information on their website a few years ago and it has given us faultless service. We're now in the market for roof bars and a call to their helpline reinforced how helpful and knowledgeable their staff are. Top marks!”
