“I purchased a door from rollerdoor and had it fitted by a very reputable builder/chippe, after 1 month a part failed damaging the door so rollerdoor charged me to send out guy to fix it , after a week the door was making banging noises going up so they sent a team out who said this was normal , I really don’t agree as it’s still banging and sounds awful, I think it will break again soon !”

“We had a black rollerdor fitted earlier this year, the service was prompt and efficient and the door was installed for us - all went smoothly and we has done ever since. We love the improved appearance and extra security that the rollerdor gives us”

“Door arrived on time as promised. They left out the fixing bolts but a quick phone call the bits arrived next day. Easy to install and fitting instructions were easy to follow. Setting up was very simple and remote and entry are perfect. I would recommend the door which has worked perfectly for the last six months. Only issue is the fascia plate which was poorly drilled out. They told me that they were waiting for new stock but so far I've not received it. It's only cosmetic and does not affect proformance so I've let it slip by.”

“I considered various types of door for my garage and was anxious on choosing rollerdor. But having been installed I believe it was the best possible choice. The door is less noisy than up and over or sectional doors, takes up no head room in the garage itself, it’s just great. I wouldn’t ever buy another sectional or up and over door.”

“Good delivery. Arrived well packaged,but 4 screws to hold the bearing were missing.Contacted Customer Services who sent them by post to me.A little dissapointed that control box not upgradable to be able to fit sensors to make door automatic.”
