“Product works really well:) When I stupidly damaged the door the team at Rollerdor were most helpful in supplying spares and giving advice re the repair even beyond working hours for which I am really grateful. Thank you”

“I have found Rollerdor quick to respond to items requiring repair even though my roller door was supplied by others and is not one marketed by their company. Their charges are not exorbitant particularly in respect of call out fees which include 30 minutes at site before normal charges accrue. I would recommend Rollerdor without reservation.”

“I've just recently had a second garage door installed by Rollerdor and I'm confident to say that experience was second to none, as was the first. The sales team were not pushy in any way, after paying a small deposit, the door was delivered and installed on the day and time arranged, the fitters made short work of the task, arrived and finished within a morning. I also had them survey my parents garage on the same day (arranged with the obliging fitters), the order is now placed and we're looking forward to install number 3”

“I'm quite happy with this door, everything arrived as it should, exactly as ordered. There was a small problem with installation that was quickly rectified over email and it's worked perfectly ever since.”

“All in all excellent service and reliable product. Friendly reliable installers made the change over to a modern garage door very smooth. Had a small problem with the remote that was easily rectified by the staff at the office all done over the phone. Highly recommended company. Shame I’ve only got one garage as I would definitely use them again.”

“Great product no problem with rolller door but.... Not great fitter. Did poor mastic job around door. When I called Roller door he phoned and said he would remove the mastic and do it again. He didn’t and just went over the top with more mastic on the rubbish part.”

“Great door, Great service, I would definitely recommend Rollerdor. I had a guy turn up when he said, and measured. The Installers were as good as the surveyor, and removed the old door carefully as I wanted to keep it. New door installed, Fantastic, smooth action, looks good as well. While the door was being built I had to call the company a few times with different enquiries, each time, the phone was answered very quickly (within a couple of rings) by a human and not a computerised, option robot. All I can say is "1st class job by a 1st class company. Very pleased.”

“Got fed up with the clips continually breaking and overall performance of the garage door, so replaced it with a roller door which is fit for purpose. Only got a 1 rating because zero isn’t an option.”
