“Good on the phone and achieved all that I asked. Fitters were on time and did a great job. Roller shutter to garage looks smart and works well. Have since fitted 4 or 5 in our road which must give a lot of credit to this company.”

“Dealing with the customer service desk for sales and communication was excellent. The installation guys turned up on time and not only did they do an excellent job but they were very friendly and sociable. On this occasion I thought they were let slightly down by the person sent out to survey the door who arrived whilst I was at work and so didn't give the installation guys a true reflection of what they were coming to, but im pretty confident this was a one off,and I cannot recommend them highly enough You wont be disappointed oh and the price was cheaper than my local area stockists :-)”

“The service was first class as is the product along with really well written and illustrated instruction and user manuals. The door was very straight forward to fit and program and was completed in under 3 hours by a couple of competent DIYers. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the door and would not hesitate to recommend your products. A very happy customer.”

“I found the service I received from Rollerdor first class. My purchase was for a DIY installation, so before making the commitment I of course had many questions – all of which we easily and clearly answered. My order was processed promptly, and a delivery date confirmed. The door arrived in the timeslot given. Install instructions where available online, so I could be fully prepared for the work ahead. The Installation was quick and simple, and the door is a perfect fit to the dimensions I provided – in fact the most time consuming and complicated part of my installation, was removing my old up and over door and making good the opening. Overall, it took around four hours to remove the old and install the new. This included the setup of the wireless safety edge, and installing an external manual override. Whilst Rollerdor pricing is very competitive, there is no compromise on the quality of the product and I would recommend Rollerdor anytime. Thank you.”

“Very pleased with our new Roller Door for our Garage. Rollerdor were excellent with our order, made the transaction very easy, very efficient, delivery excellent too. Fitting the door, was made simple with the super instructions provided, fabulous price especially as the door operates electrically and comes with fobs. Looks good. Very, very pleased. Thank you.”

“The door was very simple to order, just remember that if you use the 'in between' fixing to include the width of the door guides in your measurement. Prompt delivery, ridiculously easy to fit. Cut the guides to the required lengths, fit them to the frame, put the head unit up and slot it in the guides, two screws - job done! Electrics are easy to fit with comprehensive instructions, very easy to programme the fob's and operating heights. Would definitely buy another if I needed one!”

“We are so pleased with our Rollador. What a great website, this made it so easy to work out what we wanted, how it would fit and what the options were. The ordering process was simple. We had already worked out how to install it from the fitting instructions on the website which was as easy as it appeared. Delivery info and actual date / time was spot on. You definitely need 2 persons to do this. But anyone with simple diy skills can do it. OK you do need a 3 pin supply close by, but that is easily sorted. Overall a great addition to our property, at a great price. So good to be be able to open the door in high winds without worrying about the door coming down on the car.”

“contract was to supply and fit rollerdor, at agreed price, site survey completed and door fitted shortly after, well with in time stated, the guys where polite fast clean took old door and frame away, door looks good no more lifting an up an over door, even my neighbors commented on it and at least one wants contact Number of rolerdor to order one, that says it all, good job well executed.”

“Having a narrow opening for my garage and only 100mm space above the lintel. I was delighted to find that I could fit the rd55 behind the pillars, to maximise the opening and have the box partially below the lintel whilst still looking great. All of my questions were answered fully before I ordered and delivered without issue. The driver ensured I understood the fitting instructions, which turned out to be even easier than I expected. I was able to use the door manually until my power was installed and to cap it all off the RD55 worked out cheaper than a standard white up and over door (manual). Thanks all at Rollerdor,”

“Doors are good quality. All fits perfectly, all elements carefully wrapped and delivered well ahead of time. One thing I would change is standard controller box range is very short, so I can only operate remote from distance around 5 meters. Very good value for money.”
