“Glad to get rid of an old, heavy and stiff "up and over door". Installation was smooth, thanks to a very competent neighbour, who had installed his own, and persuaded me how good it was. It looks, and functions, well. It is a pleasure just to press a button and have it operate smoothly. Well pleased with it.”

“These people are very efficient. My door was installed within 14 days of the initial approach by me.The price was extremely competitive. The fitters installed the door in just over an hour. The area was left clear and they took away the old door and surround. My garage is much more secure than before and best of all it looks great.”

“Pre sales information was excellent and allowed me to make all the necessary preparations prior to the roller door being delivered. Installation was very easy and completed in less than 2 hours. Very please with product and comprehensive installation guide.”

“100% recommend rollerdor I fitted the door my self which is so easy to do .wireless safety edge is so easy to program my garage is so much warmer the easy to follow instructions help you fit the door. Price is very good too.i would like to say a big thank you to rollerdor there workmanship on making my door highly recommend thanks.here is a photo”

“I’m am a building contractor. I bought a Rollerdor as one of the finishing touches of a rather large project. The install was tricky due to being against a rough sandstone wall. Took about a day to get in place. Stood with the customer for the first operation. As the door rolled down for the first time it showed a dint in one of the panels that had been previously rolled up since delivery. I phoned the company who said they’d do nothing about it nor send anyone out to fix their door. So spent a full day dismantling and rebuilding the door and swapping the damaged panel with one from the top that wouldn’t be seen. I was very unhappy with the situation. I would not recommend nor will I use the company again.”

I have investigated your case personally. We would dispute that the curtain arrived in the condition referenced although, we tried to resolve this with you when you contacted us by offering to send a replacement slat however, to resolve the matter quickly, you agreed that it would be best to move the dented slat to a less visible position as we were not able to send an engineer out to replace the slat at no additional cost to yourself. We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with our response at the time however, we believe we have acted fairly within our returns policy and hope that you agree that we offer a high-quality product that thousands of customers are highly satisfied with.
