“Really good service from Rollerdor. They came out to measure up and then once I'd chosen the door they fitted it perfectly. Door has been in and working with no problems since. Would definately recommend the company and their staff.”

“Good quality door works as it should. Door arrived made for the wrong side. Drive should of been on right not left. I noticed it on paperwork before it was made and rang them but still came wrong. Door was made to long I had to remove three slats after ringing to confirm this. I'm a competent DIY'er so was no problem for me to remove. Very happy with the door now though. Gary”

“As a fitter the door is fairly easy to fit. However I'm not impressed with the lack of security. Far too easy to lift the door from outside and gain entry. Raised this issue with the company and was told I could take some slats out to improve the lock down feature. Not sure it has a lock down feature even after doing this . Slats don't seem to be design to be removed anyway. At best the door is a good price and looks , installs and operates well. At worst it's a bit flimsy and unsecure. It's a door so security is important!”

Thank you for taking the time to review Rollerdor. It is indeed true that you can remove a slat to assist with adjusting the limits of the locking straps. If this is something you are having trouble with, we are happy to help by answering any questions you have over the phone. Alternatively, we have tutorials and guides on our website which may help. When installed correctly, our garage doors are safe and secure as the locking straps press the curtain firmly into place. Also, as there is no external handle, it is very hard for thieves to prise a Rollerdor garage door open. We have recently announced that our RD77 Executive roller garage door is now Secured By Design accredited so we are very confident in the security of our garage doors when fitted correctly.

“To date i am extremely pleased and i can say that it does exactly what it says on the tin. I first saw one on my neighbour's garage and was very impressed so i compared your product with others on the internet and can honestly say it is by far the neatest looking and was surprised at the value for money. Mine was a self fit so measurement accuracy is vital.I gave measurement figures and the door arrived on time and accurate to the millimetre. The door is easy to fit with very basic engineering and electrical knowledge and i even managed the lift it into place by myself using a couple of wooden beams as props. I took great care when setting up the vertical runners and it was worth it. It looks good and works well. In fact i was so impressed that both my son in law and his father purchased one so all three were delivered together.”

“Absolutely brilliant company ,I found them on the Internet and contacted them by phone told them what I wanted and they couldn't be more helpful ,an engineer called in to check the sizes and the wheels were put in motion . Two chaps came out and fitted a double garage roller door within a few hours really pleased with the quality as an ex sheetmetal worker and quality control inspector couldn't be more happier . Our local postman has taken a shine to it so much that he is going to order one as well. Summary top quality product top quality company and top fitters. One very happy customer.”

“Easy to order, good company to deal with. They answered my questions with a quick response. Very good door & straight forward to install, just need 2 people to fit the drum, all the rest can be done with one person The door looks great & very pleased with the remote control operation. They even have their own delivery drivers which is a bonus & he was good to deal with too. Would recommend to anyone.”

“My experience with roller door was excellent from their on line support team through to their fitters who arrived as agreed and did a great job with the installation. I must say that not only are their doors excellent value for money their team of fitters are punctual friendly and really know what they are doing. I have been so impressed and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of installing a new electric garage door.”

“Dealing with Rollerdor was an absolute pleasure,although they are based miles away in Norfolk it was like dealing with a local company. As for the product the door has been trouble free and a pleasure to use. I can now leave later for work as I don't have the hassle of the old up-an-over ! Just a press of the button and away we go.
