“I am delighted with my Rollerdor garage door. My old door was such hard work trying to shut it, but this one works by remote and is a real pleasure. The men were very nice and fitted it in 2 hours. Also, l'm thankful for the security it gives me.”

“What can I say, I only bought a replacement motor from Rollerdor. Rollerdor answered my telephone and email enquiries on the correct replacement motor - quickly, efficiently and accurately. Despatch and delivery was quick too, no complaints at all about the cost, or the service.”

“Just installed an RD77 roller door, the door looks really good and runs up and down extremely smoothly. The price I believe to be extremely fair for the product purchased. All in all I’m extremely happy and would recommend to others. One negative is the instructions, I followed them and got to the end goal, however I also reviewed several competitors videos on YouTube for helpful hints. I’m sure you would benefit from creating and posting an installation video of your own.”

“Bought the DIY Rollerdoor in Black, although a good product a few things that I'm no too happy about, one of the key fobs the down button doesn't work hopefully they will just send a new one. Main issue is that the top cover has no strength in the middle, fitted as per instructions but the cover has rubbed the door in the middle causing a lot of scratches, phone them company for advice was told to wedge the top so that the cover moves away from the door works but now the inside cover wont fit, disappointed as the door now looks poor and has taken me months to save up for.”

Unfortunately, there is little we can do about the scratching you have reported as the door was not installed by us but we hope that the solution offered will prevent further scratching. “From purchasing to fitting this roller door it's been a pleasure So easy to deal with when buying, straight forward measurement sheet which was easy to fill in Delivery was pleasant, no issues, carried to exactly where i wanted it, no hassle Then when fitting the fitting instructions are spot on, easy to follow and only took myself & son 2 hours to fit and set up the door settings, even the instructions warn you that the motor may get hot from all the up & down movements, while setting the max & min travel distance for door, so don't panic if it stops working for 20 mins while it cools down All in all, highly recommended”

“Super quality product, looks great & works really well. Special thanks go to the Rollerdoor production team for making the effort to accommodate my request to deliver it before Easter. I was also impressed that the delivery driver took the time to offer his advice on the best installation technique. I put it up with help from my teenage son, all pretty straightforward, the instructions were quite clear although beware that if you do put the fixing holes for the side guides at 50mm from the top they will be in the way of the mounting lugs on the roller unit that go into the extrusion and they won't engage fully, the lugs need to go into the extrusion by about 60mm.”

“The ordering process was very easy with all the measurement requirements explained comprehensively. The delivery was around 10 days later as confirmed by Rollerdor to allow for manufacturing time. The unit came fully assembled with the side struts separate and was so easy to fit with two of us. Awesome door and makes such a difference from the original 'up and over'! Thank you so much. Highly recommended.”
