“The ordering process was very straightforward, with plenty of help along the way. Once ordered, the predicted delivery time was accurate, and I was kept well advised about the delivery. There was an excellent option too to follow the driver's progress on an online map. One part was missing from the delivery, and the driver apologised when he arrived, telling me it would be couriered to me. This was a Thursday, so my plan to fit the door on the Friday had to be delayed. However the missing part arrived at lunchtime Friday, so I was able to fit the door on the Saturday - so no great delay! Fitting instructions were clear, and the door was fitted and working in no time.”

“Very Disappointed with Rolledor. Door was made well and fitting was relatively easy. Instructions where quiet good but need to be read a few times and the various components laid out and identified to make fitting straight forward. Unfortunately I had a faulty control box. When I first installed the door and pressed the remote for initial set up the door would not stop dispute frantically pressing the stop button. I had to pull the plug from the socket to stop it. This caused the door brackets that hold the door to the roller to be damage. A long story short. Roller door had me jumping through hoops suggesting it was my fault. After many telephone calls Rollerdor agreed it was the panel at fault and sent another. I had to return the faulty panel at my cost and I had to pay just £10 really yes £10 for the replacement brackets, damaged due to the faulty panel they had sent me. Very poor customer service. There are many firms selling these doors customer service could make the difference. Suggest use a different company.”

“Really good value for money , quality build & materials . Delivery on time . Bought this for my son & daughter-in-law as a present. We fitted it ourselves, the fitting instructions were easy to follow. You need a bit more than DIY to program electrics but there is help a phone call away . Luckily my son was able to set it up by following the instructions. Really happy with this product . Looks great with downlighting at night”

“Ordered a garage door that was delivered in October. When installing and running the curtain down all endlocks were broke and curtain was all over the place. Also damage to hood. Would not order again”

“I bought and installed DIY a rollerdor garage door after sending the opening dimensions my door was made to measure and fitted perfectly it has been some time now and has worked faultlessly a while ago I damaged 7 slats in the door through my own fault so again contacted rollerdor to find whether I could purchase 7 replacement slats to my surprise they still had details and measurements of my order and quickly made my replacements which i found to be very easy to replace all I can say is I have had nothing but a super experience with this company and staff who have been more than helpful I would and have recommended to my friends an neighbours and wish this company all the best for 2021”

“Fantastic, easy to follow instructions for measuring the size needed and fitting if fitting yourself. Great communications when ordering to ensure everything was correct and when door was made and being delivered, perfect delivery and timing. Amazing quality door looks fantastic and works perfectly, would definitely order again and recommend to anyone.”

“Not only is this a great product but the customer service is exceptional. The door was delivered on the day I requested and the fitting instructions were easy to follow. There was a problem with the motor (the first faulty one the company had encountered) but their representative was with us within a few days. A polite and helpful young man who changed the motor within minutes and who was obviously very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Nice looking door and very well priced . I had problems because mine is a very wide door and very heavy to install - definitely not the 2 man job described, The weight of the length of door (4.7m) causes some bending of the central axle and I have had some connectors breaking and at the ends one support clip keeps popping off due to the strain it is under. Overall a good door but don't think I would recommend it for very wide doors like mine”

“Had a guy come out to repair a Rollerdor garage door that was 5 years old (2nd repair). This guy made a right hash of the repair, disabled all the safety features and put the cover back on all wrong and these cheeky buggers charged me £297. The labour charge was a staggering £225. My advice is go elswhere to buy you garage door and certainly don't have this shower back to fix it.”
