“Purchased this garage roller door based on a family member who had fitted one themselves, I was very impressed with the quality of the system, it was very easy to fit, and has been working well now for several months, I did have one question which was dealt with very quickly by the customer care team at rollerdor. I would recommend this system.”

“The guy who took my order was super helpful and it turned up exactly when I was told it would. The door was fairly easy to install with two people although I haven’t connected the electrics (only wanted a manual in the first place). Would highly recommend 😀”

“I found the website very easy to navigate and the guide to measuring and ordering the right size door was easy to understand and complete. It arrived when scheduled and the delivery guys were very helpful. I chose to install myself and the installation guide was simple and it was up and running really quick, first time. The aftercare was excellent, I had a fault with one of my handets and it was checked and replaced very quickly without fuss, but as I had antoher working, this was not an issue. Would highly recommend.”

“The order process was simple and fast, they were also very helpful on the phone when I called. The new door arrived on time, was very easy to fit (DIY). We've had it for a couple of months now, we have no issues or complaints, the door works really well and the garage is much more secure.”

“I contacted rollerdor for a quotation who sent somebody to look at our faulty garage door and give us an accurate explanation and quotation.once the options where explained to me and the prices the email quotation was sent the same day and date agreed for installation with a £100 deposit.On the day they arrived earlier then expected as per follow up email.The job was done as agreed including old garage door taken away.Very simple to use.Many Thanks on a great job”

“Had the door fitted about 10 months ago, e erything went well. The installers were good at their jobs. The door has performed well, but is very noisy on opening and closing. I would suggest that we should be given a follow up inspection after 1 year automatically when they are in the area. I may have to call and book one. This in no way is a reflection of the Installers as the door would take a bit of time to settle down after installation.”

“had the door for about 2and half years , although been happy with it , I have had to have a new bearing on the opposite side to the motor . As it only had 2yr warranty I had to pay around £160 or more . can't quite remember but thought it would last longer than it did ,so expecting the same problem in another couple of years time.”
