Delivered on time,the driver was very pleasant and helpfull.Although I am a very experienced builder/joiner I had never fitted a roller shutter before so probably took twice as long to fit it as I would the next one,however I did not have any serious problems and the door looks and works really well, so very pleased with price,quality and service

Efficiently and courteously surveyed and quoted to provide colour matched door. 100% satisfied when a problem occurred to offer a newer upgraded unit at a good value resolved the issue.

I purchased my Rollerdor a few years ago, which I installed myself, there was a fault with the motor, after speaking to Rollerdor they sent me a replacement the next day. I made a mistake with the calibration after talking to an engineer on the phone , he told me how to correct this and the door has worked well ever since.

Initial service and installation was good although at a slightly higher market price. I spoke to the team about ongoing issues I having as quite often the door would not open electronically, but then needed to get into it in a hurry so I opened it manually. A couple of days later it wouldn't open again so I called them out but as it sounded like a warranty claim I would not be charged. I live 3 miles south of Norwich and the team came the next day and inspected the door. They were at my property for no more than 5 mins and stated that due to a trailing lead I had under the door to my caravan the door was intermittently malfunctioning. I explained that this issue has gone on since last Summer and I have only had the lead going under for 2 weeks but they had made their mind up and said I need to remove it and see if the problem goes. I said why was I not asked about this before coming out and they did not know and confirmed that I would not be charged. A few days later I have received an invoice for £150.00 call out charge. After several conversations and emails they have held firm and do not accept that this could be an intermittent fault and are not prepared to drop the charge even though I am only a few miles away from them and they were on-site for 5 mins. £150 seems a little excessive!!!!!! Annoyingly, they have also stated that once I remove the wire (which I have done) they will not reimburse me this charge if it happens again although it would be the same issue as originally enquired about.

Our team has reviewed your case and can see that upon removing the trailing lead that was discussed with you, the issues you were experiencing with your door no longer persisted. It is for this reason that we expect that the lead was at fault for the malfunction you were experiencing. Following on, as the issue you were experiencing was not a result of a malfunction with the door itself, your callout was not covered under our warranty. As a result, you were charged a callout fee of £150. Needed help with a broken door in my new home. Matthew took a great deal of time to help me diagnose the issue to make sure I only boiught what was needed. Then, fast responsive advice on how to deal with the little quirks of installing and adjusting everything to get it working perfectly. Exemplary customer service!

Tremendous door.the lady who uses this has MS and is very sadly almost totally disabled . with this nice easy to open door Mary can get nicely comfortable and still keep dry. Many thanks andy page.

Garage door is fine, attractive, appears good quality and operates smoothly (if a little noisy). BUT - during installation garage wall rendering very badly damaged and optional UPVC cladding did not cover. Having problems getting repairs. Neighbours not impressed so unlikely to purchase. This is disappointing as Roller door easy to deal with and arranged installation quickly.

Johnny arrived to reset our rear garage door at the arranged time. He dealt with it quickly and effectively and it has worked properly since. We also ordered two RD 1 controllers for the front garage door because we have sometimes accidentally set them off with the uncovered controls and the door has been open overnight. The controllers with covers arrived promptly and with advice from a lady at Rollerdor, over the phone, I was able to set them up to work the door. Every dealing that we have had with Rollerdor has been excellent.

I fitted the door myself with a builder. The sales staff were friendly and helpful and keen to make sure the door was to my satisfaction. The door is good quality and looks no different than the day we fitted it so I have no hesitation in recommending this firm or their products.
