“The start was not very good that's all I want to say about that. Phone calls to the office they where very helpful every thing was sorted thanks to them all good in the end yes very very good very happy now when you pay you want it right thanks”

“Roller door supplied. 1 week early on estimated delivery date which was good. Received incorrect override gear with the door delivery but one quick phone call had the correct item delivered the following day. Roller door very straightforward to fit, installation instructions are very clear.”

“Very good company to deal with. Garage door very good quality, very easy to fit with good clear instructions to follow and easy set up. Only criticism was we were meant to get an email the week before regarding the delivery but instead got one the morning it was arriving and possibly only because I contacted them the day before.”

“The ire’s arrived when they said try would, removed the existing door and fitted the new one as we had discussed. Helpful that one of the fitters was part of the original survey team. Once it was fitted they went through all the instructions and made sure I understood them. Product exactly as described and works perfectly...happy to recommend the quality of both the reduction and the service.”

“In a word 'superb'; rollerdor have been entirely professional, their team extremely polite and knowledgeable, and I most strongly recommend this company. The time estimation was spot on to complete the installation of the RD77 Classic Single Electric Remote Control Roller Garage Door and the tradesmen were absolutely fantastic. In sum, a very content customer.”

“Requested multiple times for an external override to be fitted with door, and unfortunately one was not fitted. It was because after much chasing the original quote was changed and the override was missed off. After emailing promptly about the issue, i was told that its not an issue as if i had a power cut, i would just have to wait for the power to come back on then i could open it! Not been able to fully close the garage now as worried about being to re open as the main fuse box is in the garage. So garage is insecure, my daughters room above is freezing for another two weeks as this is the soonest appointment available. Not overly impressed. Told the fitter would ring me on the day, but they didnt as incorrect number on system, taken days for the rescheduler to contact me.”
