“Very pleased with the purchase of a white roller door. The time from order to deliver was very good, with excellent communication, the door was very well packaged, delivery driver was helpful, the size that I gave was exactly made to order, the installation was easy, the overall condition and quality was very good for the price. It works perfectly and looks good, what more could you want!”

“The door was purchased as a replacement and in the months I have had it, has proved highly satisfactory from the first contact with the firm, the installation, and regular use. When I damaged the door, I received useful advice on the telephone and in a reasonable time, a repair was quickly carried out. Very satisfied.”

“I purchased a 3 metre wide electric insulated roller shutter garage door several months ago to replace an older steel version. Delivery was in the time frame promised, and due to the light weight of the components, it was a breeze to install. All technical issues were overcome, as there were online videos to guide me through the process. All in all, delighted with it, it looks great.”

“As usual very helpful, all I wanted was information about the paint for my ten year plus doors. Gave me the offcial number of the paint so was able to find correct for doors . Metal and wood for doors and wooden side gate.”

“The ngineer turned up on time, fixed the door promptly and then took the time to explain what was wrong, which part I had broken and why it happened so that hopefully I can avoid making the same mistake it in the future. Very happy with the service. A quality product and very reliable.”

“This is a quality item (14’ electric roller door) I found it easy to diy fit, their instructions are clear for a competent person to follow. I am almost a year into this door being used, it has not been an ounce of a problem. The one bit of advice I would give anyone buying this product, ensure that you re-set the door position after using it for a couple of weeks. This will make sure it doesn’t go beyond its roll limits.”

“I have used rollerdor for garage doors in a couple of houses over the last 15 years and always found them very helpful with a good product that is reliable and does what it says on the box . Even though we now live in somerset a long way from norwich , the service is still very good and i can recommend them”

“I am really surprised that you are asking me for my feedback on the repairs of my Rollerdor when since giving me a quote there has been no more communication from your office. Surely, you don’t think that anyone would give you any feedback before the works have been completed.. I have to conclusion that in your organisation there is a serious breakdown of communication .”

“buying a rollerdoor about 10to15 years ago I required a replacement part for my electric roller door , I spoke to a technicain about fitting it and was assured most DIY could carryout this repair and without removing the whole door . It worked a treet”

“I have not had a recent experience with Rollerdor but am quiet happy to recommend your company. I fitted 2 of your roller doors, one for my daughter 5 to 6 years ago, also one to my own garage. No problems whatsoever, would highly recommend.”
