“I had arranged to pick up the order at the local Rohan shop. Increased Covid restrictions meant the shop had to close, so Rohan sent them to my home address. Excellent customer service even though there was confusion with the courier. Many thanks”

“Light, smart, functional. Would be great if there was a discreet draw string at the bottom, for the really icy days to stop the wind going up the legs.. Maybe a pouch for storage? However, that is being picky. My first Rohan product, I like it very much, I'm hooked!”

“I order for my partner as he only likes to wear Rohan. I like that he can both look sporty and dressed up in your clothing. We hope you'll sort out shipping soon to the EU as we live in Portugal. Nobody and nothing compares to the fit, quality and fine service of Rohan.”

“Unfortunately the wrong item was posted to me However I emailed Rohan and within 30 minutes had a phone call from a real Uk operative who apologised and said the new item would be posted out ASAP An outstanding level of customer care”

“Lovely troggings, I have also a navy pair. The grey ones are however a slightly smaller size 14 to my blue size 14’s. Keep me warm on walks and really comfy. I live in them at the moment whilst working from home!!”

“Goods took a little longer to be delivered due to the festive holiday season. Delivery Service DPD very good for delivering on time as indicated in text. Very pleased with items ordered, but have returned one item in exchange for the next size.”
