“Ordered online & had delivered to shop. Had to speak to customer service regarding stock of another item & found them to be very helpful. Really received a 5 star service throughout ordering & picking up. All the staff I have spoken to over the years have been friendly, knowledgeable & always very helpful. Can’t fault this company.”

“Generally excellent products, but be careful of size. I am normally a medium, but I have found that some products are rather generous, and in particular may have long sleeves. Better to try on in shop where possible.”

“Ordered online to be pick up at long Preston . All went well got a call to say they had arrived. Staff could not have been better . Shorts were exactly wash at I wanted . All items I have ever bought from Rohan have been excellent only problem is they won’t wear out !”

“I've been buying Rohan bags for many years and generally have bought the unfinished option with hemming tape to finish the hem. My recent purchase of 2 pairs of men's bags came with what could only be described as a scrunched up piece of inferior tape - not at all what has come with previous purchases. I have never before had any trouble with the hemming but this time the tape was hard to use as it wasn't flat and I had to cut off the finished edge of the bags in order to be able to fold a hem that lay flat. Also, at the first wash the hems of both pairs came down so that I have ended up hand sewing hems. Please go back to providing a better quality tape and don't taper the legs right to the bottom so that it is possible to turn a proper hem. Or better still, sell a ready hemmed longer length.”

“We both wanted new waterproof over trousers after our old ones finally wore out after many years of use. Very disappointed with new waist design of pull ups. Our last pair had a zip and poppers making them easy to get on. My husband who is a slim 30 inch waist could not get the small past his hips and the medium were enormous. Very baggy as well. Really disappointed.”

“Have just purchased a ladies Brecon waterproof jacket in the lovely cumbria blue colour, perfect I thought. As always the quality is excellent but I am now considering returning this. Several years ago I purchased a Cloudover jacket in red which is still in top condition and has weathered many downpours both in this country and others. My gripe is that this new jacket is a little shorter in length, even though the sleeves are long. Worse than that the hood cannot be clipped or zipped away as the Cloudover jacket. Please can you advise me whether the Cloudover jacket is or will be available but in more colours. Apart from that Rohan products are very long lasting but just need more colour choices.”

“I bought a pair of charcoal Bags 2 years ago. Since then, they have faded to grey and now the stitching on the knee reinforcement area is coming undone on both sides. (So I've repaired it.) On the positive side, I've worn Bags for years, they are comfortable, and since I don't know of anything better, I've ordered another pair. I'm just concerned whether the quality is maybe not up to what it was.”

“I purchased a woman's jacket in the Rohan Shop when on holiday in Dunster a few weeks ago. The shop hadn't got my size but it was available in one of the company's stores so the shop assistant ordered it for delivery to my home address. I was naturally delighted the jacket looked very good on, however what made me extremely disappointed was the way it had been packaged. It was folded up into an extremely small parcel so small that when I unwrapped it the jacket was so creased that even an iron on the correct temperature couldn't remove all the creases at all. Now if I hadn't purchased the item in a sale I would have most certainly returned the item as it was I did get it at sale price so I decided to wash the jacket in the hope that it would get rid of all the creases. I'm now waiting for the jacket to dry so I can iron it so fingers crossed. I do feel that for a company like Rohan more care should have been taken packing the jacket, when I've ordered from other fashion outlets the clothing has been carefully packed in order to retain the look of the item when opened . Rohan should do the same I will be reluctant in the future to order online from the company again.”

“Just received these wonderful Rohan capri pants from the sale , plus voucher. They are beautiful, fit perfectly top quality. Love them. Delivered a day early Thank you so much. Will save for my next pair. Customer service so helpful when i ordered , I feel so happy to get something that fits (size 8) usually have problems with clothes generally. Ruth hill Bradford yks.”
