“Very pleased with my Women's Malay Jacket. The Peninsula Blue is a lovely shade of blue to match with many outfits. The natural Linen fabric is soft, comfortable, and fits true to size. I was a little concerned when I received it, as it was very creased, but after 24 hours and a light press, I was satisfied. After wearing it recently I was very happy and know I will get a lot of wear from this jacket. Great price in the sale & another great Rohan product.”

“All the items I have purchased from Rohan have proved invaluable fulfilling all their claimed advantages. My last order (sale trousers) which I requested to return, the replacement pair were with me before the returns could possibly have arrived. Thank you.”

“The quality of some of the products, particularly the mens shirts i purchase is nowhere near the quality of the shirts i purchased years ago. I still have shirts and coats purchased 30 years ago which have worn well. Recent purchases on at least 5 shirts,the collars and cuffs are worn and frayed. Customer services were not interested in my comments. Not very good is it ? Keith Pollard (customer for over 30 years)”

“I recently bought some shorts on line, Roamers, but I had to send them back as they were too short. There is no indication on the website how long shorts are. People have a wide range of height so all shorts are no suitable for all. my last pair were crossovers and they were good. Also the fastening was a press study which was far too stiff for arthritic hands. I sent the shorts back. I commented on the return form but this issue was not addressed, only the fact they would send the money back.”

“I returned an order recently as it became clear that the items were made in China. In view of the repressive and undemocratic nature of the ruling C C P, you should reconsider where you source your products. Continuing to trade with them provides them with legitimacy and sustains them in their brutal disrespect for basic human rights.”

“Excellent service from a well established company. The excellent quality of their products is apparent - not always the cheapest but I have yet to wear any Rohan gear out so good value for money. I would recommend Rohan - knowledgeable staff compliment the gear in the shops.”

“I recently bought the Eagle Creek Wayfinder cross body bag.The bag is very good,is well made and very functional.However the star of this purchase was the service I received from the Rohan shop in Southport. I was in Southport for the day and called in the shop to enquire if they had stock of this product. They did not have the product but very professionally explained that they would get one posted to my home if I placed the order.This I did and it arrived 2 days later. Absolutely delighted with the bag and the service I received .Rohan shops are usually very good but the attention to detail and general professionalism of the Southport store was exceptional.Thank you.”
