“Very good products. I have been a Rohan customer for over 30 years and will continue to be so all the time the quality and comfort remains high. My only criticism is that the range changes too frequently and sometimes the design of existing items as well. There is an old saying, ‘if it isn’t broke then don’t try to fix it.’”

“Recently purchased a coat in the sale, arrived very quickly. I had a slight complaint regarding the price I paid when I found that it had been reduced by a further £41.50 within 24 hours of my purchase. I rung your helpline and the lady on the line was very helpful and offered me a gift card for that amount. Satisfied customer.”

“I am very satisfied with the on line service. There is always a prompt response to orders and you keep me fully advised of the various stages including when an item is delivered. During lockdown I am disappointed that there is no pick up arrangement in order to cut out transport costs Colin Travis”
