“My husband and I love Rohan clothes. We don’t live near one of your shops but clothes are delivered quickly when ordered online. Free returns are great but free delivery when spending over a certain sum would be nice. The delivery cost sometimes discourages me from ordering right away and wait until we want several items.”

“I love the colour of the jacket and the fact that it is totally waterproof, and folds away into a small pocket, which makes it easier for travelling. And has a hood! I would have preferred a slightly longer version of this jacket but the one on the website does not have a hood, which for me is an essential. Apart from the length, I am delighted.”

“Summer stretch bags - ordered sizes 10 & 12; already have winter bags size 10 which fit perfectly. The summer size 12 were too big on the waist and there is no adjustment, so with the weight of phone etc in the pockets, they would forever be slipping off my waist; the size 10's fit OK but are slightly tighter on the legs and hips than I would like but not so as to restrict full movement, so am sticking with those.”

“Not as good quality as the item that it replaced, very light and flimsy, but thats my fault for buying online and expecting it to be like the previous one that I bought a few years ago, I will never buy Rohan online again. I will find a shop.”

“Good quality clothing. The trousers I bought were excellent, but Rohan do not make them for women with short legs. The ones I bought were described as cropped, so they were just right to be full length on me! Please, Rohan, make petite sizes so I don't have to keep shortening trousers and rolling up sleeves.”

“I've worn Rohan clothes almost exclusively since the late 1990s. However, over this time I have seen a drop in quality and functionality for standard items. For example, I have some black bags that were bought about 15 years ago (at least) - the colour in them is still strong. In contrast, bags I bought a few years ago are made of a different material and the black has faded to brown/black and to the point where they just look scruffy. I just bought another couple of pairs and see sadly that they are still made of the same, poorer quality material. I used to like Trailblazers, but you have reduced pockets and pocket depth year on year so they are now a poor substitute for the orignal version. I would pay a premium for a quality product so it is sad to see this degradation from a company I used to really like.”

“Great products although sizes are not consistant across the product range or within the same item in different colours the fit is often very different which is poor. Although you state that returning items bought on line to a Store is acceptable its clear that the Franchise owners are not happy when this is done. I assume the Franchise owners see this as a disadvantage to them so whatever the issue with the process is Rohan should sort this out if you want customers to feel comfortable to shop both on line and in store.”

“Have used Rohan products since 2005 and still have a jacket and a sweater from that time. Rohan Bags get a much harder life and whilst one pair 10 years old is still wearable a similar pair is now worn only for working on the car. Rohan products have been invaluable for long haul travel and month long holidays. I still buy Rohan clothing as a first choice.”
