“Good walking trousers bought in the sale. Always good quality, love my Rohan yoga. Size 10 fits a bit on the loose side and regular has become longer. I can wear a belt!”

“Absolutely excellent customer service from the Dunster branch. I took in a pair of shoes which I had brought in December 2023 because they were showing premature signs of wear. They simply exchanged them for a new pair without question. Really impressed. Thank you Rohan.”

“Good outdoor clothing. But sizing is haphazard - difficult to judge without trying everything on. Just ordered another pair of water repellent trousers in black, in same size as my navy ones - totally different fit. Does make life unnecessarily difficult.”

“Rohan produce high quality clothing and provide excellent customer service. I always purchase when their sales are on as I find their garments are quite expensive (but they last for years!). My only comment ire styling, is that men’s shirt styles are very conservative - check or plain - and it would be nice to see something a little more interesting. As I invariably wear Rohan clothes most days because they are comfortable and wear well, I tend to always look the same!”

“I have a number of Rohan products. As advertised - They are very practical, hard-wearing and lightweight etc. Their customer service has always been good - in shop or online. However there are often niggles for me about some garments - probably due to cost cutting and reducing weight, or both. Women's bliuses/shirts have very small and fiddly buttons/buttonholes, the internal chest pockets are often too small and easy access not helped by stiff fiddly zips. Likewise some trousers have a textured button at the top rather than a press stud, which is very difficult to manage when one might be in a hurry and have cold wet hands! Do women ever use a back pocket on trousers - or a pocket at the back of the leg?! I'm not a particularly girlie woman, but do feel I'm wearing clothes basically designed for men all the time with eg drop in shoulder rather than raglan sleeves - at least raglan occasionally would be nice!”

“I regularly shop at Rohan Knutsford. Jo and her team are fabulous, nothing is too much trouble. They know me by name and help me get the right clothing for my severe UV reaction. I make sure others with the same condition as myself are aware of the products Rohan sell.”

“Have worn Rohan clothing for over 30 years now, with few exceptions the clothes have been long lasting, well fitting and perform exactly as advertised. Great for travel as the fast drying makes packing so easy”

“Easy to purchase on line I like the hidden zip pocket and the expanding waistband on the linen trousers and culottes I purchased But my refund for items returned in store is very slow, it's been 7 working days now and I haven't heard anything.”

“I love Rohan products, and would buy them in preference to others. The items I purchased this time were all good value and of the usual high quality I rely on from Rohan. It was the delivery which did not work smoothly. I opted for a home delivery as I had several items and did not wish to travel to my usual pick up point, the Rohan shop at Stratford upon Avon, as I would be using public transport. Also, my time has been used dealing with a close friend who is seriously ill. When I received an email from the delivery company informing me that it was going to the shop, I called Customer Service to discuss this. I was told to collect from the shop, and would receive a free delivery on a future order. I considered this. But when the order was delivered to an address close to the shop, and I was notified of this, I was concerned. I called Customer Service again, and was told they would instruct Stratford to post my order to my home address. After a few days, I called the shop, where no instruction was given by Customer service, and the staff were not aware that part of the order had been delivered next door. The lady who took my call was very helpful, she dealt with the whole thing extremely efficiently and was true to her word. I called Customer Service again to discuss the latest developments, but the person who took my call said she was a trainee, could not find any record of my last telephone conversation with Customer service,and that her supervisor was busy on another call. In short, she ciuld not do much for me. Fortunately, the parcel was delivered promptly to my home. I had been considering cancelling the whole order and vying not to shop at Rohan or recommend it to my friends an fellow ramblers.”
