“As I live in Australia, there are no Rohan stores to visit, so I always use the online store. I own several pairs of Rohan trousers, some shirts and four jackets. All Rohan clothes are great for travelling. They fold (or roll) up small and, as they wash and dry so easily, I can travel light. My favourites are the new Stretch Bags (a fantastic update of a classic design) and I like the Newtown shirts, which are comfortable and smart. In the recent sale I bought a pair of Stretch Bags and two Newtown shirts (one long sleeved, one short sleeved) and also bought a belt. The online website is easy to navigate. Although the shipping is fairly expensive at 25 pounds (flat rate), it was fully tracked via DHL and the items arrived safely to my home in Australia within a week of ordering. They are a perfect fit and look great. Well worth the money!”

“Service was excellent. Sizing was problematic. I ordered two pares of shorts. Different type, both stretch, both same size. One a perfect fit and the other only able to button if I held my breath. I had recently bought the trouser version of the shorts and it was a good fit and it was the same size. Very odd as I have a few Rohan trousers and I am always a 38 but not this time. Despite this I am still a big Rohan Fan”

“Really nice jeans... plus nice to be able to get "long" length! The denim is nice as well... v soft and flattering. one point... your sizing is generous. I had to buy a size 10, which is nice but in reality I am more like a 12. B”

“Love Rohan clothing apart from their walking socks which easily hole on the toe seam. Clothing can be used comfortably for exercise or dress wear. I have at least 20+ various items of summer/winter wear. Sorry to see Leeds shop close so now have to buy online.”

“Clear easy to use. Sometimes it is a long winded process to backtrack when you have viewed an item in each of its optional colours, you have to step back through each option you have looked at. This needs a shortcut to allow you to go back to specific colour or back to browsing other items.”

“I am a tall lady, and you size 12 Long is a perfect fit. I buy a couple of pair from you each year. I am on a budget, so quality matters. It is a bit rough for everyone this year, so the new 15.pound shipping charge, will reduce what I can spend. hope it drops a bit, so that I can enjoy more purchases.”

“I purchased a pair of sandals from the web site and asked if I did not like them that I could return them to the shop at Kiswick and get a refund, which would include the postage, and the answer was yes. I return the sandals to the shop and was advised that they did not do refunds they would have to send them back which would take 5 to 6 working days. When I explained what I was told the supervisor rang a number and verified the card details and refunded the price for the sandals but not the postage, which is what was promised. I am disappointed in this and will not be using your shop or web site again.”

“I love Rohan clothes and I have bought them over many years, a big fan (check my history). Just purchased a shirt which was delivered to a store in Hay on Wye. My wife and I have used this service and this store before. When I picked up the shirt it had been further reduced and I was was disappointed that the store would not honour the further reduction in the price. I even asked if I could offset the difference against a new purchase. I will continue to shop at Rohan but Im not sure if I will use the Hay on Wye store again. I would appreciate your feedback. Thanks, Gareth Brace”
