“Sadly the Size 10, long length Women’s bags, (Ash Brown), were just too small for me; no size 12 in stock to exchange either. My grey size 10, fit perfectly… very odd! I’ve worn bags for years - they’re my “go to trousers” for most occasions. Here’s hoping they do a dark brown for the winter months 🤞.”

“Your service is excellent. The quality of your products is very good. The Stretch Microrib Fleece is a disaster and the sooner the old material is back the better. Out of desparation I ordered a Stretch in the Sale which I have yet to receive because it's in England. I know I will be disappointed because I sent the last one back, but at least it was half price and I need a replacement.”

“Ordered 2 pairs of waterproof trousers in the recent sale, look and feel very good(as usual) due to lack of rain not been fully tested! Ordered 2 but only 1 arrived, contacted customer services and problem sorted within 30 minutes, second pair arrived 2 days later, with hand written apology on the delivery note. I can't complain about that.”

“These trousers fitted well (District Chinos), I like the slim fit and overall feel. Great for city breaks and they stay looking good into the evening. Pricy unless you pick them up in the sale as I did.”

“Loved this Merino wool top. Stretchy and very comfortable. The shape means it covers my bra straps but is not cut too low. Will be wearing it both on its own and under other tops. Would like it in another colour please so I can buy another one.”

“recently had to return dry roamers as surprised to find they did not fit---i have ordinary roamers which do. the assistant told me they are a much closer fit because of the lining so am unable to purchase these as you do not do a bigger size---I wear size 18 in the normal version. So if you know they are a tighter fit why not make them in size 20? I had wanted them for a holiday in the Arctic---would have been perfect if they fitted. In fact please do more size 20 overall---there must be many outdoor people like me who are curvy rather than sylph=like. In fact I find often the size 20 is sold out or not available in store--that must tell you something?! I have a lot of Rohan gear which is great but would buy more if sizes were bigger in some styles.”

“I recently bought this hat from your sale. It is quite the most uncomfortable hat I have ever owned due to the awful ruffled lining on the front head band as shown in the photo. I have already complained twice with photographs to no avail. Most of my wardrobe for many years has come from you with no complaints and absolute satisfaction but not this time.”
