“Lovely efficient service. Went for the wrong size so having to exchange but the system worked well and my trousers are on their way back with no hassle. Disappointed that the carriage was so expensive to Guernsey DHL were very efficient and quick but I think Royal Mail would have been as quick and cheaper.”

“Great jacket. Should last me years. Pity the one for hubby wasn’t large enough. He needs 3XL and Rohan only go to 2XL. Not cheap though.”

“Free delivery please on all items … The jeans I ordered are my third pair of the same design . This pair and my first pair are great . The middle pair of jeans are , and always have been a weird fit ! The zip has been put in incorrectly. The zip is not in the middle but over to the right side . I had worn them a couple of times , felt uncomfortable and never wore them , putting them away in the wardrobe . I vowed I wouldn’t buy another pair but they were in the Sale in April , so thought I’d given Rohan a second chance . These fit perfectly. Wished I’d taken the second pair back to Rohan , as you can definitely see the misfit of zip . I have still given 5* because I absolutely love the quality and longevity of Rohan clothing . They are a first class company, down to their merchandise , their staff and delivery to their shops .”

“Ordered two items, was not advised by local shop that either had been delivered. Turns out one sale item was out of stock (really?). The other had come in so we collected that. We were still not told when the other item had been delivered, left us unhappy with the service on that occasion. You do expect more when it looks like premium prices.”

“Bought a waterproof coat in the spring sale, had a choice of two styles, opted for the one with 5 pockets. Has proven to be waterproof and looks quite stylish I am told. Sales assistant in York was very helpful. I wear quite a lot of Rohan gear.”

“Customer Service team at Rohan HQ are always extremely informed and helpful when I ring up. Shop staff are also very helpful, although living in Cornwall means we now have to travel to Exeter for our nearest store. All products we've purchased are good for lightweight, 'minimum bulk' travelling. Some lines unfortunately no longer available - i.e. : Ladies 'Stria top', Mens 'Cool Silver briefs'. Any chance they could be reconsidered?”

Our Design team are always keen to receive all customer feedback and suggestions and please be assured your feedback has been passed on to them. All points raised are then genuinely discussed in more detail and where we receive several similar requests that would make manufacturing viable, this is then looked into further. Our Design team have also made modifications to garments in the range as a direct response to customer feedback. “Very pleased with the jeans I ordered in the sale. It is the first time I've ordered online from Rohan and it was a very easy and swift process. Being able to collect and try on the jeans from my local store in Bakewell was a bonus as I value the opinion of the staff in the shop who are always very helpful”

“Very good clothing - last for years and can be re waterproofed if necessary. Light weight and easy washing and best of all NO IRONING”
