“Bought as a present for someone who said they loved the quality of the shirt. Was ordered and collected from the Exeter store. Couldn’t fault the ease of purchase and information regarding the collection.”

“I now own over a hundred items of Rohan clothing. Only criticism is the Search facility on the website. Enter a word and it comes up with some irrelevant items. Pointed this out to Customer Services but problem still seems to exist. Been in many of the shops - in some I sensed some degree of snobbery.”

“Good quality, hard-wearing clothes with good stretching qualities . A pity that they do not do larger women's sizes and that the size 18 women's tops are not more generous. I wear Rohan clothes as everyday clothing and I am frustrated about the limited range of trouser colours. We do not all want mud-coloured clothing.”

“I am nearly 75 years old and bought my first Rohan bags when they were first test marketed. I still have an original Moving On and Tundra jacket. Still buying but, have been disappointed a few times. One fact never seems to be mentioned is that in the early days Rohan made an excellent range of children's clothing which we took advantage of and were passed on to young families when they were outgrown.. Store staff are knowledgable and very helpful. Any problem with faulty clothing is dealt with swiftly and fairly. The clothing lasts. A selling point of Rohan bags was that they could be rolled up into a coke can!”

“I was initially impressed by Rohan and have made a number of purchases. However, I provided feedback on their waterproof trousers and was surprised at a waterproof jacket that eventually failed after a short time. Customer service has been very good though at responding to queries and trying to rectify issues.”

“I have nothing but praise for Rohan's Customer Service people. I recently mislaid an item of clothing out walking and the person at Rohan identified the item I had lost and offered to search for it in all their stores and luckily for me she found it at the Exeter store. It was promptly deliverd to me. What great service!”

“I have been wearing Rohan Bags for about 40 years, and have recently. purchased a number of pairs of Stretch Bags( currently my favourite trousers). The original Bags have proved to be probably the best trousers I have ever had, being suitable for almost any purpose, whether it be working, walking, backpacking, travelling, pub crawling or just relaxing. I also have other Rohan Products, fleeces, underwear, shorts and other trousers such as Striders (long, and knee-length, and even a Bags version!) all of which I have found to be perfect for use in the great outdoors. The only Improvements I would suggest, would be a slightly elasticated waist on Original Bags, and stop hiding the "D" ring in pockets where I can't find it!”
