“I recently had a Nightfall Jacket cleaned and repaired. Despite the jacket being over 8 years old and no longer sold, there was never any doubt by the staff at Winchester Rohan about my request. The jacket was sent the week before Christmas and was returned, in excellent condition, early in the New year. Overall a first rate service prolonging the life of a much loved jacket, preventing me from buying new and sending my old jacket to landfill.”

“The products in general are very good I have had or am having one or two issues with with some items which I feel shouldn't be occuring. I do like the lightness of the product and their washability. Some or the colur range is a bit Flat, whilst I don't like garish colours I don't want to feel like I am a proffesional funeral attendee? I do find that the products are overpriced compared to some competitors who offer equally good rpoducts of a similar nature and if Rohan continue on these lines then people will vote with their feet and shop for cheaper items, considerably cheaper in some products especially as the economy dictates these measures.”

“Innovative clothing of excellent quality. A really wide range - almost too many of everything to choose from. Surely most customers buy in the sales though? (That shirt in last season's colour performs just as well as the shirt in this season's colour!)”

“I have been buying Rohan clothes for many years. They are comfortable, do the job, are reasonably fashionable but not overly which is all you need for walking gear. I sometimes have trouble trying to find smaller sizes, eg size 8 or XS but that is all.”

“Generally very good experiences, but recent purchases of tops, (t shirts, sweaters), have had longer sleeves than previously, which has meant turning up cuffs. Not sure quite why this change of policy, but it has detracted from the purchase.”
