“Just great clothes and service”

“Rohan stuff never seems to wear out. I should know as I have 3 pairs of Rohan shorts, 7 pairs of their trousers including 2 pairs of “Backpackers” the purchase date of which is lost in the mists of time, several technical shirts and 2 pairs of branded footwear sold by Rohan. Top marks for quality, technical design and durability.”

“was worried having seen a couple of reviews on the latest Roamers but I like them - yes there is a few differences but having a number of these in the same colour - as well as other colours - I know when I’m wearing the newest - says something about the trousers when it’s difficult to tell which one is 5 years old and the latest - love these trousers”

“We have bought Rohan clothing for many years and find it very good quality, it always washes well, doesn’t need ironing, and never seems to wear out. We mostly buy items for walking and hiking. Would definitely recommend.”

“Rohan service excellent but shipping abroad expensive with DHL. On a 17 gbp order I paid 25 shipping and another 18 on arrival- 6 ‘service charge’ , 12 duty and it did not deliver on the day promised. You need to add an option to send by Royal Mail.I know I can emailseparatelybut that is not certain. On parcels under 35 there is no duty in Thailand”

“Really lovely, cosy trousers. Unfortunately the size 10 was too small and the 12 far too big. It’s a shame there is such a huge gap between sizes.. I would love to have kept a pair but had to return both sizes.”

“I'd prefer to shop at my very local Rohan shop, where I can check for style and size. Online is better than nothing, but there is a long delay between returning goods and receiving a refund. OK, I was able to return free, but paid delivery for goods I could have walked for in 5 minutes”

“Excellent service. Had to return a pair of trousers (wrong size - my fault) and am still awaiting replacement. But the customer service adviser on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. Fingers crossed.”

“I like the quality and functionality of the clothes above all. I usually reach for them first in the wardrobe . The website is a bit primitive, one cannot filter, say, Lg, Med, Regular and Waist 34 all at the same time. Naturally I prefer free postage .”
