“Very helpful in the Beverley shop when I went to pick up my order. Both items were too big, but as the smaller sizes were not available in the same colour, I asked for a refund.”

“The staff in shop are lovely, as is the shop. Online purchasing was simple and efficient. The material, cut and stitching on the jacket are excellent. Why then 2 stars? I bought the Rohan Kendal Jacket/Coat. It has the worst zip of any article of clothing I have ever seen. I will break. I have only worn it twice and am already worried it will break. It takes about 4 attempts to get it to zip. Perhaps 2 stars is unfair but I would have 2nd thoughts of buying again.”

“This season there are no long length coats except for one waterproof coat. The jackets featured are rather too short, for example for commuting in bad weather. In previous years there have usually been some coats for urban wear.”

“I have been a customer of Rohan clothing for many years and generally happy but recently I’m getting more disappointed with there clothing. The sales always wind me up. the percentage of discount grows during that time period, 25% today next week 40% off on the same item. Learnt to wait until the final days of the sales before ordering. The prices are heading skyward when on full retail and no longer worth it imo, plus a lot of the new releases look like cheap market stall polyester carp.”

“I do like Rohan's products, but I don't think they are as good as they used to be. They either seem to have very bright colours or very drab. The shops only seem to have such a limited range that it's not worth going there except to collect parcels.”

“Brilliant winter bags. Size 8. I'm usually size 10. Navy this year, last year Dark brown which i would have preferred. l haven't worn them yet. Last years kept me lovely & warm. I'm sure this years will be as good.. just wish they were a bit cheaper. I'm not one of the super rich. Nor did I ever find a rich man. Still i have Rohan trousers to keep me warm.”
