“I'm a return customer but I'm disappointed with my most recent order. I purchased two bags. One of the two bags I received was both the wrong color and dirty on the strap albeit not used as the ties and tags were still on the straps. Perhaps it was laid about on a shop floor before being sent but it's not acceptable to me. That's all!”

“Rohan clothes are high quality and lovely to wear. The Brisa linen is fantastic. The website is all you would expect of a good company, but the printed brochure doesn't do the clothes justice: the photos are too small and most items are not presented on models, so it is hard to visualise how they will really look when worn.”

“Prompt order delivery and quality goods that you expect from Rohan. Waterproof overtrousers in my size were a bit snug to pull up but a perfect and very comfortable once on. They were given a thorough test in the Arctic and kept me warm and dry the whole time.”

“Despite my very good rating of an absolutely brilliant brand, I have to say how disappointing this summer’s colour palate has been, as evidenced by my not placing any orders (apart from one for other members of my family and one pair of black ramblers for myself). All the items on offer blended well for someone who wears pale muted colours but offered nothing at all for the rest of us. Come on Rohan - one size definitely does not fit all. 😞”

“Trousers I ordered arrived promptly on tiile. Sadly my perceived waistline size differed somewhat to the reality of the size I ordered, meaning that they didn't make it past my obviously huge thighs. I therefore sadly repackaged them and returned for a refund - which also proved to be an easy process. So basically 5 stars for Rohan and a severe diet for fat little me!”

“I have been buying Rohan gear for 20+ years and always found it to be great. Disappointed to then buy goods on offer item at 20% reduction and a couple of weeks later see it on sale for even less. Realise the process of sales But this timing, so close, leaves a very bad taste.”
