“Fast delivery ... even Standard. Quality is five stars as always. Been a customer since Rohan first opened its doors. Clothing light but so very cool or cosy as necessary. Says waterproof and it is ... fully waterproof. Love the casual/smart look. Husband and me loves the clothing.”

“Rohan socks are great. Comfortable and long lasting. During lockdown I used a gift card and ordered online. Easy but just 2 days later same socks reduced in sale☹️”

“I received a message from Rohan and from DPD this morning telling me that my order was to be delivered between 1413 and 1513. It has not arrived. I have now had a message from DPD saying that they have taken my order back to the depot as they could not find my house. I order a lot of stuff from Rohan and there hasn't been this problem in the past. I do not understand why I didn't get a message from DPD asking how to find the house. I am very disappointed.”

“I recently ordered a pair of trousers on line, for collection in store. They proved to be too long, and Customer Services informed me that the smaller size was out of stock. However, I was informed that a store in Woodbridge had a a pair and would post them to me. Although I had been led to believe that they would arrive a few days later, they turned up the following morning. My local store were more than happy to refund the cost of the original pair. This was service of a high order and I cannot thank you enough.”

“I wanted Troggings (Mens, 32R) for cycling in winter. I've found that the ankle circumference extending to the knee is a bit bigger than expected resulting in too much flapping. I'll have to get the sewing machine out to try and reduce this, at the same time reducing the leg length, which I think other reviewers may have mentioned. The other problem I have is the zip fly is too short and too high, in effect it's unusable!! Usually like your stuff but could've done better here Rohan!”
