“I've shopped at Rohan for over 30 years. The clothes I have bought have always lasted for a vey long time and the quality of new garments just improves every year. My latest purchase, a Kendal, is to replace a jacket bought so long ago I forget when. But probably 20 years or so. I still have other items older. Extreme value for money, and always innovative. And nice people. What's not to love? (PS. I am an outdoor photographer, often spending whole days in the open. I test Rohan to the limit)”

“I have been wearing Rohan clothing for 30 plus years. I trust them as a company and their products. They are very good at innovation, be it fabrics or design. Whilst not always the cheapest their products last. I am writing this review wearing one of their shirts I have had for over 20 years and it still looks very smart.”

“I have shopped at Rohan for around 6 years and increasingly so. I find their clothing is not only extremely well made but very good value for money and stylish. I wear Rohan clothing as general every day wear as well as when out walking. I recently bought their trunks and boxer shorts and find them excellent every day wear, so much so I have replaced all of my underwear with Rohan. It is extremely light and comfortable all day long.”

“I returned two purchases as I found the quality so poor compared with earlier year. I bought a fleece 20 years ago which is still warm but the zipp has gone. The trousers had no zipp on or fastening.”

“My exposure to Rohan has been essentially to bag shorts. Why? Because it appears impossible to get other shorts that are not baggy, not restrictive to hiking on steep surfaces, and have zipped pockets for security. Pretty basic requirements you would think, but maybe not 'fashionable'. My first pair lasted for ages, my second pair fell apart quite quickly. Rohan seem to have reverted to tougher material. However, they are not cheap, so I shall use them only when essential. Recommend? For shorts certainly, but not sure about coats and raingear which are eye-wateringly expensive. In particular, I have always been disappointed by 'technical' rainwear from any source - eg Goretex - because even if it works that doesn't last.”
