“Whilst I have yet to wear the Winter Fusion Trousers in challenging conditions, as they have been purchased for a trip to Norway in March. The trousers fit well, both around the waist and leg length. They certainly seem warm. I have bought items over the years both from stores (Winchester and Guildford) and online. The quality has always been good and they have worn well.”

“I am unable to send an email to the UK to notify them I did not get my order. I do not have ability to contact them by phone. They did not verify my residential address before shipping and the post office box in town refused it. DHL said they handed it over to a third party to deliver but could not tell me who the company is. The post office said it was not them. UPS said it was not them.”

“Website is very good except for the size guide which is not correct. I already had 4 pairs of Troggings and wanted more so I checked the guide and bought the size I always have, 14 regular. The navy pair are OK just a bit bigger than usual but the brown pair were far too big, measuring 18inches across at the waist. As they are supposed to fit a 33 inch waist, it was not a surprise that I had to return them. When the sizes change there should be a note on the page. The prices are high at Rohan so the goods must reflect top quality.”

“Bought my husband what I hoped would be a really warm, waterproof coat, slightly longer size. All excellent but the zip a complete nightmare. Always engages but only very occasionally pulls up - can take 5 minutes to get it to work. Any suggestions? Used the email given for customer services but it does not work.”
