“I bought Malay trousers in the sale. They did not fit and I returned them on 19/7/21 and asked for a refund. I telephoned 29/7/21 to ask why I had not received a refund. I was told that the trousers had been received the day before and the person said she would process the refund straight away and I would receive it wi5in 3-5 days. No refund has been received. Very slow service I would not buy from Rohan again.”

“I was very pleased with Fleet trousers I ordered. My only criticism is the short length was very long on me and I had to have them altered. The are very comfortable to wear.”

“Speedy delivery of items. Quality of fabric and design continue to impress. I note most reviews are from people of retirement age (at least) - the puzzle is why the brand doesn't appeal to younger people. I suppose I would not mind some brighter more interesting colours.”

“I like Rohan clothing as it is well designed and reasonable stylish but its over-priced and I would never buy it at full price. I only ever but their sale stuff which then represents good value for my hard earned cash.”

“I have shopped with Rohan for years and have until a recent experience always been completely satisfied. The recent bad experience was with the Long Preston shop. I had taken a bag in for zip repair for which I was happy to pay £15. Unfortunately on using the bag again for the first time the zip was still broken despite the end pull to the zip looking new. My main point of grievance is that when speaking with the manager Alex, he refused to let me return the bag by post and insisted that I come in to the Long Preston store personally. I resented this as I live approximately 15miles from the store and would have much preferred to post it. I did take it in as I was given no choice in the matter. The zip was then repaired and posted back to me. I was told that the issue was due to a communication problem between the shop and the repairer. I understand that these things happen and have no difficulty with this. My grievance was over having to return the bag to the shop personally.”

“I am a keen walker and most of my walking gear is Rohan. My main reason is firstly fit is very good, secondly no fussing about with re-proofing. Just wash and tumble dry and it is as good as new - really does work every time. I have a Rohan raincoat that is about 7 years old and it is still totally waterproof.”

“Really appreciate the quality of your products, and my Maroc trousers are fine, but when, o when, will you include some high rise women's trousers options to at least some of your range? My wife is still having to nurture a pair she had from you twenty years ago!”
