“We order and have delivery to Winchester branch, orders turn up before estimated day and we get message when it is there. Cannot fault service online or in the shop.”

“I love these walking trousers. They're light, cool and really comfortable. Lots of stretch in all the right places. My only gripe is that, really, I'm a "size 9", so an 8 is just too tight and the 10 - which I have - is a bit baggy. But I'm old enough to not care too much. I bought a second pair in a different colour and I imagine I'm going to be wearing these for years to come.”

“This is my third pair of stretch bags. Excellent as always - they move with me and are very comfortable. Good pockets. Nice cut with slightly slimmer legs than the tradition bags. The only slight drawback is when the weather is warm they can make me feel a little over-heated, but then I change into my Bags Shorts (two pairs of those!).”

“Ordered 2 items in the sale. The item despatched from the warehouse was fine and promptly delivered. The other item came from a shop and arrived separately. It was the wrong item and the wrong size - I suspect some other customer had a similar problem. The prepaid return sticker was very useful but I live 4 miles from my nearest post office so a bit inconvenient. I spoke to Rohan customer service and they organised the delivery of the correct item which arrived 2 days later.”

“I have never considered buying from Rohan before, even though I knew about the name and it’s stores, but after making a purchase a while back I was super impressed by the quality and fitting, and have since bought again. The Bags stretch trousers are super light great fit and ideal for walking hiking and everyday wear, absolutely love mine and will now stick to Rohan for all my hiking gear. Highly recommend their clothing.”

“Have been buying Rohan clothing for years BUT recently had to return a pair of jeans as the sizes seems to have changed!!!!!! They were much too big on hips!! However their customer service is brilliant and also the returns facility is excellent.”

“I love Rohan stuff, but they keep mucking about with perfectly good designs and making them worse. Their trailblazer trousers were the best ever, but they have taken away the great thigh front zip pockets, ideal for keeping wallet and passports, to a really, really, USELESS long pocket at the back of the thigh that sticks in your thigh when you sit down. I have read other reviews about the same issue and although this has been an ongoing problem for a few years, rohan has never listened, or bothered to respond, to any reviews. Sadly, I will not be buying any more trousers from Rohan until they listen to what their buyers really want.”

“Rohan have still not managed to implement quality control on sizes. I have just purchased three long sleeve shirts two fit on the forearm and one is too tight. Additionally i wear 40” waist for escapers but need 42” for maroc trousers. Please Rohan get some control over manufacturing”
