“Good quality well-made clothes. Easy to wear. Clothes are not just for those who take part in more adventurous outdoor activities. They are comfortable for general travel and leisure wear with many great features such as secure pockets. Having taken advantage recently of sale items, they are extremely good value.”

“Shop assistants are absolutely wonderful - they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Pick up service works like a dream. Online ordering is easy and the products are always brilliant - technically great, comfortable to wear and stylish looking - and wash well and last well for years. Bit more expensive than other outdoor suppliers but worth every penny.”

“I have been a Rohan customer for many years. I am always pleased with the quality and wearability of the clothing they sell. In addition the advice and customer service in the shops is first class. However, I would particularly like to commend the excellent customer service we received from Luke in the Hebden Bridge shop recently. Unfortunately the shop did not have the coat size we wanted but Luke took time to source what we were looking for in another store and then arrange for it to be delivered to Hebden Bridge for it to be tried on. After the initial disappointment we went on our way a few days later with exactly the garment we required. Throughout the process he kept me well informed via phone calls and voice mail messages. Rohan excellence at work. Thank you and well done Luke.”

“I recall Rohan’s early launch in the 80’s when I was a young man and recall drooling over owning the original Bags, unfortunately I couldn’t afford the exclusivity of the new technical advancement. In my autumnal days I remain an avid fan and my wardrobe contains the iconic and reliable brand.”

“Haven’t actually tested the boots outside yet. But very pleased with the customer service from the Nottingham store. Able to try out the boots at home indoors for a few days to ensure they fit correctly. Very reassuring that able to do that as boots not cheap. Looking forward to wearing them next week when I am walking up near Keswick”

“I've looked at the latest sale items which keep cropping up in my emails. I was intending purchasing a Frost Point jacket at what I thought to be a very resonable price. However each time I tried to purchase the jacket it was unavailable (in any size). This I found disappointing, why do you show it being available on each email connection over the sale period?”
