“The main gripe I have is with your sizing which I fell is a bit unrealistic. I am currently wearing size 14 so I ordered size 14 similar winter bags but stretchy. They were huge and slipped down over my hips. I returned them and paid £3.60ish postage because we failed to find a free post label. On the upside when I emailed my concerns I received prompt reply’s and positive suggestions regarding the fit. My replacement trousers arrived today and fit reasonably well.”

“Mostly great products with good style and excellent technical features, usually a bit pricey so the best value is when discounts are available, either during gift-your-gear or at sale time. Customer service both on the phone and instore is second to none.”
