“All online orders are dealt with promptly. I get an email immediately, acknowledging my order. I get emails advising me of the day and time of delivery and every order arrives within a few days. Very easy to order goods online. I can’t comment on returns because I have never wanted to return anything I have ordered. Rohan clothes are not cheap, but I buy most items when they are on offer or in a sale.”

“I have been buying Rohan since your first shop opened in I think Yorkshire. I have a lot of your clothes in my wardrobe. Quality is the issue - we recently returned two merino items my wife bought - fabric was poor. Good service from Rohan however when I complained. The trousers I bought with this order are not stitched with great care. Looking at the labels the common factor that lets Rohan down is "Made in China". At Rohan's price point - even at sale prices - you must keep up the quality and it seems Chinese manufacture can not do that. For me I probably will only continue buying if I know where the item is manufactured before I order.”

“I have been buying Rohan clothing for more than 20 years. The quality is always good and most of the items just don't wear out! Rohan may not be the cheapest outdoor supplier but I consider they are the best”

“Rohan provides my go to clothes Generally I am very happy with what I buy although sometimes the fit of trousers in particular changes and I have to return them I would also like more trousers to have short lengths with a 30 inch waist as my choice is often limited”

“Rohan clothing is always very comfortable, works exactly as it's supposed to, washes very well and easily (including waterproof items) and lasts ages. The minor problems for me are stopping the classic jeans and occasionally the shirt fabrics 'ball up' a little. However, Rohan remains my go-to company for pretty much every item of casual clothing.”

“I love my Summit trousers. Exactly what I need for my daily Nordic walk so I bought another pair in the sale. Possibly not entirely necessary as they dry so quickly but I’m not always organised enough to get them washed at the right time so I can wear them them the next day. Oh yes, it also helps that the staff in your Dunster shop are so friendly and helpful!”
