“For many years Rohan has been my goto brand for outdoor clothing and also some indoor clothing too! The aftersales service has been excellent at all times, with rapid turnround on repairs etc. I know that you must buy millions of zips, but would you please spend another 5p on the pull tabs? I have trousers that have paperclips on the zips to pull up the zip, because nothing else will work. I have outdoor jackets, coats and fleeces where the tab has pulled off, leaving just enough for me to grasp, so no paperclip is required. In all other aspects your clothing quality is superb. It can't be just me, can it?”

“Trousers great quality. However they could do to be longer in the leg. They are classed as “long” but they are only just about ok on my 6ft 34” leg. I have noticed that your long length is classed as “33 but this just isn’t long enough for us tall ones! Please increase!”

“The best clothing company I have ever dealt with, both in terms of the qualkity and performance of their extensive clothing range, but also for prompt delivery, and outstanding customer service. I would recommend them unreservedly to anyone. Their clothing is not only perfect for all kinds of outdoor activities in all climes, but it also looks ace as casual and semi-formal wear, if one chooses wisely.”

“Great functional and good looking clothing, expensive, but value for money and genuine discounts in teh sales.- Difficult to get a replacement for the trusty Atlas style waterproof however - now too close fitting and geared for active use, rather than general.”

“My husband is frail and so feeling the cold. These trousers have proved perfect, even inside an d farmhouse. The choice of waist and length sizes is also amazing as there are not many sites that offer 30” waist and short leg.”

“As a regular customer of Rohan I have just bought a sale priced Aran Jacket £165.00 and happy to pay this price for a winter coat . However returning home and opening my emails I find one from yourselves offering a further 10% off all waterproof clothing. My question to you is why this discount was not automatically applied at the till as your email states, on line and in store. Your comments would be appreciated. Jean Spence”

“I love Rohan, from my first pair of bags to travel trousers. But they have lost their way a bit. The fits they use are for skinny beanpoles, so when I recently ordered a pair of District Chinos I was expecting a fairly relaxed fit in the leg, instead despite ordering a 40" waist I got something that more nearly resembles jeggings than trouser. I understand the fashion today is tighter equals better, but its chinos! I didnt want something resembleing Navy bellbottoms but a little bit of room in the trouser can't be too much to ask for?”

“The Helios Jacket and vest are superb examples of top class light weight cold weather gear and ideal for "layering". It is amazing that something so light and thin can be so warm. Ordering was simple and delivery speedy. Much quicker than quoted.”
