“Rohan never fails to meet my expectations. The website is good. The ordering process is easy. The shop to which I have my orders delivered always phones to tell me when they've arrived and the staff are always excellent. When used (uncommonly!) the returns process is easy. There is no administrative difference between shop purchases or online purchases: items bought one way can be returned the other way!”

“Excellent quality waterproof clothing. Very hard to find truly waterproof (as opposed to showerproof, or over-trousers) trousers - Rohan fulfills this gap in the market”

“Rohan clothes are exceptional for comfort, fit and easy care when you find what you want. Fortunately, they have mail order with free returns for those of us that cannot get to a store. While they started out making clothes for "active" people they have developed the business to supply the city person and frequent traveller. The clothes are light enough to pack for a week but, if needed, I could pack for one day as I could wash my undies and shirt at the end of the day and then put them back on in the morning. My Suit was washable and did not need ironing and my mac was 100% waterproof. I deducted a star because there are too many different garments available today and they keep changing the styles so when you wear out an item you have to start all over again trying to find an equivalent item in the latest range. It appears that an excellent clothing company appears to have been spoiled by marketing people?”

“Good quality walking clothes which are hard-wearing, quick drying and smart enough to wear round town. Quick delivery with DPD with a designated time slot. Problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently - customer satisfaction seems to be a high priority.”

“Great clothes, great fit and great service. Am loving the Newtown shirts - i work in a hot country and they are the lightest shirts I have. I now have 4 of them and am waiting for new colours to add a 5th. So easy to iron and dry - what a joy! Great returns service - I keep looking for the right jacket and I know I can buy in confidence as if they do not fit, I can simply return easily.”

“Excellent on-line service and equally good service from Cambridge shop where I had one parcel delivered. The other went to direct to the person I was buying the goods for. All the clothes of excellent quality and exactly what was required. Sizes good too. Impossible for me to find similar locally apart from Rohan.”

“Just bought my 2nd pair of Fleet Trousers... have been wearing the first one non stop ( err they need a wash ! ) for a week and they feel lovely, cool and fit perfectly. The 34 Short is spot on for me with a 29" inside leg. To make this a 5 out of 5 I would prefer the waist to be an inch lower ie more low waist on the hips.... than the current style.”

“Dear Rohan I must tell you that I recently purchased a Rohan Richmond Oxford style long sleeve shirt in blue. It is a most amazing shirt! In the warm weather I have found it to be extremely comfortable and the material is fantastic. Thank you for design g such a good shirt the fit is better than any other shirt I own. I am going to buy the other colour in grey I am so impressed. Best regards John”
