“Very happy with what I ordered although disappointed that there was no flexibility with the £10 gift card which you had sent me. It expired in December and due to being ill with Covid19 was unable to send my order off until just after the expiry date. I telephoned to explain this but I was told no. As a loyal and good customer over the years I feel you should have taken the circumstances into account and honoured the £10 discount.”

“I buy items several times a year ( for the last 25 years plus) and find the Rohan Range very good quality. It would have been good that Rohan had free postage and packaging like other retailers especially in lockdown.”

“I recently ordered 2 items which I received but had to be returned to you. You have confirmed receipt of items and I requested larger size. I was promised this but to date I have heard nothing. Customer No. 80342. Order No B4310477. Disappointed in view of the quality of Rohan clothing.”

“I have been a user of Rohan clothes for 35 years and continue to buy my clothes online and in the Knutsford store, when open. Customer Service and Craig at Knutsford store have always been first class if a 'rare' issue arises. I buy with confidence for warmth in winter and relaxed in Spring. Prices may seem high but the value for me is great, I am wearing my original 30 year old Icelander trousers for gardening!”

“I find making a purchase from Rohan a very easy & straight forward process. The website is clear & easy to navigate. On the odd occasion when I've had to call the Service Team to clarify, for example sizing, before finally placing an order they have always been responsive, knowledgeable & friendly. The gear is rather good as well!! Great to deal with.”

“I was very pleased with these trousers. They are a snug fit, but are very comfy due to the stretchiness of the fabric. As well as being practical walking trousers, they look nice too,”

“Since lockdown, I have really got into wearing Rohan gear. I had a pair of roamers I bought about 5 years ago and wore them to death, so I bought another pair during lockdown whilst getting out for my walks. I have now purchased 4 different pairs of walking trousers for all weathers and a couple of light weight active tops to wear under my waterproof jacket, I love them all. They fit well, very comfortable and are hard wearing. Delivery is quick and I have never had to send anything back.”

“Goods arrived earlier than first advised (2 days early) and an order my wife placed arrived 36 hours after ordering. No issues with any order placed and have ordered several times although I do prefer going to the local shop (when allowed)”
