“I have been buying, wearing & recommending Rohan clothing to all my Nordic Walking group for a number of years. The garmenst may appear expensive initially, but the quality and longevity justify the intial outlay.”

“I discovered Rohan many years ago when you only had one shop in Long Preston and have always found the quality excellent. Why do all companies sell trousers in leg sizes but only the odd firm supply shirts in sleeve sizes? I buy very few long sleeve shirts.”

“I like Rohan’s products because they do what it says in the catalogue. They are well made and fit well. I still have gear which I bought over twenty years ago which I suppose is unfortunate for Rohan as replacement frequency is low! Over twenty or more years that I’ve been using Rohan I have had three occasions on which I’ve felt that there was a problem with a particular item and each time it has been dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner.”

“I’ve worn microgrid jacket or zip neck top for decades now. Sadly, I just can’t wear these gaudy colours! Black, grey, true navy at a pinch… these layer well with other clothing. Sorry Rohan… I can’t buy these in the current colours (I bought the jacket in true navy. It would be far more useful in black).”

“I sent my coat back in the bag they sent me. I asked them not to phone me for a week as I was going to be abroad. They phoned on the Tuesday after I’d returned. I paid full r the repair over the phone - expecting a new zip, luckily they only needed to replace the sliders - all £17 - cheaper than expected. I received the coat before 10am on the Wednesday morning. It works perfectly. Excellent service.”

“I visited my local Rohan Store ( Stony Stratford)this morning and was interesting in trying on a pair of trousers (£80.00) They didn’t have my size in stock (16) but made no effort to offer to get them in for me. This is not the first time that this has happened in this store. They are happy to get them if you pay up front but surely it’s good retail practice to try to keep the customer coming back. I have at least 10 pairs of Rohan trousers so was a loyal customer ( and local to the store) but if that’s the level of customer service they offer I might take my custom elsewhere.”

“I have been buying and loving Rohan garments for decades. Last year I bought a pair of women's Striders in size 8. Usually I buy a size 10 but Striders were far too big in this size so I opted for an 8 which fitted perfectly. I was so pleased with them that this year, with an offer, I decided to have a pair in another colour. The size 8 pair arrived but it was at least 2cm smaller in all dimentions compared to my first pair. I sent a photo comparing them when I returned them, requesting a size 10 as a replacement. A couple of weeks later the replacement pair arrived but again it was a tiny size 8. These have now been returned and I await a replacement size 10 or a refund. Not good service and inconsistent sizing. I expect higher standards from Rohan.”

“Great quality of fabric used by Rohan Garments always last way longer than other brands. Coats trousers fleece jackets and jumpers. Even my phone bag is the best.”

“On a 1000km hike in Spain in 2022 the Rohan gear was perfect, especially the stretch bags, the technical properties and the comfort combined to help make it a great experience. In May 2024 I will be doing a 1500km hike and I have no hesitation in using Rohan gear again.”
