“I was very satisfied with my online shopping with Rohan . Ordering was easy and straightforward. The items I bought were a shirt and a merino top. The downside was the DPD delivery!! That is why I took off 1 star. I was notified of the time that the parcel would be delivered . I saw the van in the street and then got a message to say that the parcel had been delivered and there was a photo of it outside someone else’s door!! I have a clear number on my house and the parcel was addressed correctly to me. I walked down the street and saw my parcel outside wrong house. So I picked it up and that was ok…. Just annoying! Not the fault of Rohan. May be need to use different courier.”

“Bought a jacket in a recent sale but found it was not really what I wanted. Sent it back seeking an exchange for another weather coat. Rohan dealt with this very efficiently & quickly & I received my new coat in under 24 hours.A1 ++”

“On face value products seem expensive copared with other companies. I am still using products purchased seven to nine years ago. Which goes to prove you get what you pay for.”

“perfect up to delvery, told it was coming on the friday but did not arrive untill the following monday. a day wasted waiting. i was informed early that morning it would be that morning which it did arrive that morning. pitty friday was not the same.”
