“Products are of good quality and last well . One positive aspect is the ease of washing . Normally dry quickly without the need to iron . The materials used are innovative , for instance the microgrid tops are warm yet light to wear”

“Good quality clothing which lasts. Recently purchased tapered jeans now that zip fly has returned. Little disappointed that security pocket inside normal pocket and velcro closers on rear pockets no longer provided.”

“Outdated and out of touch methodology in order to allow customers to purchase e-gift cards as a gift to others. Their system lacks the ability to send an e-gift card to the intended recipient, only to yourself. Also, the e-gift is sent to you immediately after you pay. Most modern businesses trading online and shop front have a system where one person can buy an e-gift card and have it transmitted to the intended recipient on the date (and sometimes time) of their choosing.”

“Quality products and efficient delivery. I'm around 5'4", and I often find Rohan tops and jackets are too long for me. Also, if I buy a size to fit comfortably around my hips, it's often too big and baggy around the chest and shoulders. The smaller size is often a better fit around the chest and shoulders, but tight around the hips. Would it be possible to consider introducing a more curved design for women, and/or a two-way zipper? Thanks.”

“I love Rohan clothing - but I find that the stretch qualities limit the life of it in some cases as over time some items do in fact stretch so much that the size changes i.e. what I bought as a large size becomes XXL and ends up being disposed of even though it is not worn out. I hate waste. Rohan also seems to have multiple products that do almost the same thing - I would have thought this was very inefficient and costly. I think the website is good and the returns process is great. I know that it is the trend that things should change all the time but sometimes I think that your clothing changes for the sake of change only e.g. introducing button flies. Overall I love my Rohan clothing which I have been buying almost since you started the business. Good luck with it”

“My package was delivered by DPD to a random address a quarter of a mile away (no explanation was offered for this!) and after calling Rohan I tried unsuccessfully on four occasions to retrieve the package from the wrong address. Rohan then agreed to send a replacement but then the original package reappeared via DPD and my attempts to get Rohan to stop the replacement failed so I then had two packages delivered. Given what had happened before I cancelled my planned trip out for the second (now unwanted) delivery fearing more delivery problems if I wasn't in! Rohan understandably wanted the replacement one back, so after numerous emails, I had further hassle associated with posting these back to Rohan. Lots of apologies from Rohan but other than a refund of the original postage cost no real recognition that I had experienced endless hassle through no fault of my own. Not impressed and don't think I will order online again!”
