“During the 60`s, 70`s and 80`s it beggars belief why men put up with the ill-fitting trousers of those times. Everybody of my era laments the uncomfortable "cloth leg tubes" which seemed to be designed for garden gnomes! Buying trousers or jeans was a no-win lottery - once in a while you got lucky and found a reasonable pair and wore them till they died. In 1998 I discovered Rohan Uplanders and Trailblazers and my life changed. From Sept. 2019 I gradually replaced all my old Rohans with 12 "newer styles" - Stretch Bags, Trailblazers, Dry Requisite etc and (arrived yesterday, 30/12/21) - Traverse trousers which are Rohan`s best yet. I gave my old slightly "out of style" Rohans to charity and they looked as good as new! For a laugh, before lockdown, I would try on trousers in local stores and it was obvious that nothing has changed - their trousers are still not designed for human beings. I am not rich and have to watch my budget but Rohans are affordable. It is a case of not having to make a compromise and endure "trouser misery". Best way to put it - wear and be unaware.”

“Some time ago I spent a few days in Harrogate and visited your store. As my wife is a keen walker she is very particular about her socks. Being the caring husband that I am I purchased several pairs and she has been singing their praises ever since!
