“Bought a pair of Rohan jeans online and had to rerun them due to being slightly larger than expected. Took them to a local branch in Manchester where they took return of the jeans and ordered a new pair which were delivered a few days later. Good fit nice and comfortable great service. Thanks Rohan I appriciate your service levels 👏”

“Truly excellent service from Rohan. Collected an online order from hay on Wye shop and discovered I had ordered the wrong size (nb the merino ladies’ briefs are very generously sized). Returned to the shop with them after comparing to some that fit me and quickly left with replacements in a smaller size. Excellent service from the staff and the smaller briefs are a perfect fit. Excellent quality, too and very light/quick drying. Full marks to Rohan.”

“I have purchased quite a bit of Rohan kit recently and have never had any problems with the items or service. On the website now it gives the model's height and size they are wearing as most other sites seem to, i find this a help.”

“The Rohan service is good however the sizes for women's fleeces in particular remain inconsistently sized. I have small, medium and large tops all which fit. This means that when ordering on line, I need to order a variety of sizes to see which one might fit and this in return causes extra admin and returns for Rohan. Please start using individual ladies sizing - 10, 12 etc rather than trying to cover more than one.”
