“Due to Rohan on-line shopping not accepting the password they had provided I lost the opportunity to purchase a pair of walking shoes at a a very attractive price. This I regarded as poor service though over the phone a customer service operator did make a goodwill gesture of a £20 voucher against future purchases. This would still make the cost more than the clearance sale price.”

“I ordered a Mistral jacket online and collected it from the Manchester shop. THat all went perfectly smoothly. I'm very pleased with it. It will perform well as a lightweight, water repellent summer jacket. A bonus is just how lightweight it is and other people have commented on this too. Only one disadvantage - it only comes in two dark colours - how about something lighter and brighter for this sort of warmer weather jacket? In fact how about introducing brighter colours across the Rohan range?”

“Their products, though not cheap, are top-notch and among the best you can get. They are stylish, durable and very comfortable. My only gripe is they closed my local branch so I have to order online and pay postage.”

“I think Rohan clothes are excellent in the use of fabrics but I often don't like the colours. I have just bought three of the t-shirts in green, blue and orange and wanted more but could only get the blue.”

“I chose the shorts as picture looked they were loose fitting BUT tailored. On receipt, I opened them & they looked per bagging school knickers from 1950’s. Hence I returned & have been fully refunded”

“Rohan kit is excellent, looks good and is hard wearing. I've been a Rohan customer for 12 years and am a walking advert for their products but I worry that, while prices are not slipping, quality may be, based on recent purchases. Living in Northern Ireland I cannot get to a Rohan shop to browse but I cannot fault the help from the Customer Service Team guiding me towards the correct product to minimize the amount that has to be returned - now thankfully free. Your Barricade items are superb at both longevity and functionality, particularly not having to reproof or wash them in fancy soap solution, for them to continue keeping you dry; my first Rohan purchase was Dry Ascent trousers purchased in 2010; these are well past their best but still keep me dry when washing the car even if they can't now handle driving rain up a mountain My one specific complaint - I think the Equator shirt is, by a country mile, the best combination of design and material in your range except for the stupid, impractical popper fastenings; until recently these were found only on the S/S shirts but they were also on the last L/S shirt I bought. Even if I have to pay a bit more, please give me the option of old fashioned buttons instead of cutting corners to save a few pence on what is already an expensive shirt.”

“Love them! Bowled over by the quality of the Roamer trousers purchased. The first pair were too long but their free return service was that efficient that I had my shorter replacement in no time. My husband was so impressed that he also purchased a pair of the bag trousers for himself. Obviously, we need to await the wash & wear outcomes but are excited about using them and envisage that we will be shopping at Rohan again.”

“Very pleased with the quality of my new Roamers and also with the excellent service from the customer support team. I originally ordered the size 14 which were a bit too big and the team were very helpful if getting me an exchange for size 12. They fit perfectly and I'm very impressed with the quality. I will be ordering the capris as well.”

“Unfortunately, nearly three weeks after placing an order, I still have no items to review. One is out of stock, awaiting delivery and I returned the other for an exchange but still haven't got it yet after 14 days. I'll buy from Rohan again, because I like their stuff, but exchanging online is proving to be a long drawn out process. Probably quicker to return for a refund and buy again, or go into a shop! Unfortunately I don't have a local store, was using a voucher and didn't want to pay for postage again. So in this case, despatch of the exchange has taken 14 days and only after I emailed Rohan. From despatch, the deliveries were quick, so not the courier's fault.”

“As always the postal delivery was fast and efficient. The bags were excellent. My only moan would be that there should be more lighter colours for summer wear, as there have been in the past, and I've been wearing bags for over 20 years.”
